Fashionably You

For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

Psalm 139:13 NIV

God knows you in a way know one else could. Our lives are a constant exploration of self. As we change, and as we face challenging or encouraging situations, parts of ourselves are revealed. Finding and expressing one’s individuality is crucial in leading a fulfilling life.

Clothing has the ability to transform attitude, thought, and purpose. Your personal style makes a statement about your own beliefs and values. It communicates who you believe yourself to be, how you treat yourself, and how others are to treat you. Fashion is wearing your heart on your sleeve. Are your clothes expressing confidence or mediocrity? Strength or softness? or perhaps both? Rather than being intimidates by the importance of personal style, use it to your advantage and make your clothing your personal tool to show people your unique qualities and aspirations. Keeping up with the latest trends can allow you to learn about your own tastes and character. By evaluating your fashion preferences, you fine tune your own personality.
