Letter from the Executive Director
Hello, and thank you for considering joining the CW Brand Family. We are two brands with different strategies, yet one mission: to Equip and Empower women!
If you've come this far, we believe God has called you to be a part in some way, whether through an internship or community.
Below you will find a whole bunch of stuff to read before you take your next steps.
Our favorite verse is the one in Mark 16:15 where Jesus speaks to his disciples for the last time. It reads, "He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation." By saying 'yes' to CW Brands, you ARE going into the world to make disciples through faith and fashion. Isn't that cool?!
And as we GO, we are always mindful that everyone is on their own unique journey to find Jesus, and we do not expect those we serve to have the same knowledge, language, or understanding we may do. Our only privilege is to point them to the truth of Jesus Christ...and have fun doing it!

The CW brands include the nonprofit, Created Woman Leadership Ministry and our for-profit CW Collective featuring our Box & Boutique. Each brand empowers women to live lives to the fullest, share their faith & show up well!
CW Collective's purpose is to reach HER, fund HER, train HER and empower HER to be a leader in business, philanthropy, and faith while styling HER to be the best version of herself.
Created Woman's mission is to turn dreams into purpose and women into leaders through mentorship, coaching, gatherings, resources, and community. We believe that as you change a woman's life, she changes the world around her.
Intern Position
The CW Brand intern will work closely with both brands, bridging to one another through stories of impact. Our heart is to grow our community both online and in-person while also increasing the box and boutique business and sales.
We are looking for someone who would help build the ambassador program and social media presence, therefore impacting the sales and mission of both CW Brands.
Team: Work closely with Box Brand Ambassador Sarah Burns & CW Marketing Director Kendra Stanton
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand and breath the core values of CW Brands and how they work together.
Be a part of brand strategy and execution from creating and executing on brand social media posts including, stories, posts and reels.
Monitor social media for trending topics to utilize on social media channels
Help in recruiting and building Box Ambassador team
Build online Facebook ambassador community
Assist staff projects as needed
Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
Prepare presentations for brand growth ideas
Attend weekly staff meetings once a week in person.
Desired Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extensive knowledge of social media
Driven and hard-working
Ability to take direction and multi-task
Strong communications skills
Writing skills for blogs/social media content
Ability to work independently

Discipleship Track
We believe in equipping and empowering women to be who they are created to be, so anyone who comes through the internship program will also have the opportunity to be discipled by our ministry leaders.
Track 1: Walk through the 5 week CW Study guide, Becoming: The dreamer's study guide to launching God-sized dreams, as a group led by Executive Director, Heather Frierson. February 6th - March 10th
Track 2: Paired with ministry leader for weekly discussion & accountability. March 15th - April 19th. (5 weeks)
Track 3: 6-Week online course, Dream Launcher Connections led by Ministry Leader. May 1st - June 9th with graduation on June 23rd.

STEWARDSHIP
We are not perfect and do not expect you to be! We are not going to ask you to be anyone but yourself. However, we will remind you that if you are serving as a leader for CW Brands, you bring the CW brand and beliefs with you no matter where you go.
Leadership is a privilege that also comes with extra responsibility. Please take it seriously. If you are in a season where you feel your leadership role does not align with your personal beliefs, we ask that you take a leave of absence. We’ll walk the journey with you and answer any questions we have. After all, we’re family!
