Connect online with your dream launcher friend and launch your God-sized dreams! CW will match you with another dreamer, doer, entrepreneur, and fashionista who is dedicated to sharing the process of growth and empowerment, will hold you accountable and support you through your journey.
Each person will be matched according to their goals and season of life and follow the CW dream launcher process:
Dare to share - Reflect - Elaborate - Apply & Alternate - Motivate
DLC is a 5-week program that meets as a group twice a month, weekly with your matched dreamer and throughout the 5 weeks, we’ll share tips and materials through our private facebook page and email. The end goal will be that each dreamer will have a clear path for their next steps.
Optional: Purchase CW study guide, Becoming, which is a great tool to help participants grow spiritually and unveil God-size dreams.

CW is excited to launch our new Leadership Program that will enable women to develop skills and strategies for self-advocacy and leadership advancement.
Launch Her Leadership Program activities follow a three-pronged train-the-trainer leadership approach that delivers 11-weeks of coaching (Empower Her), training (Equip Her), and networking (Launch Her) activities that culminate in women developing their personal visions for leadership and unique value propositions as leaders.
Upon graduation, one item of clothing will be named after each graduate sharing “HER Story” through our partner business, CW Collective.
Yearly Conference
Entrepreneurs, dreamers, philanthropist & fashionistas, will come together for a day packed with power lounge session and one-on-one speed coaching featuring speakers and mentors from every generation. At Style Speaks, you will leave with a plan and next steps for your dream, business and faith walk.
