CW vs F+F

[00:00:00] And family. Oh, say it again, Stacy. Cause I just hit record. I want to go ahead. Hold on. Okay. It is on the created men family. So nacho king Slinger. He's back in the freezer. And I'm talking about at the, um, often soccer games, soccer games, um, Mike Dan there, I know that Eric is always supporting Deanna and that all, all y'all don't have.

[00:00:37] That you guys have, not only, not only are you a creative woman, but you have a created man too. So I just think it's great because that's like my dream to have a husband that's like super supportive. So you guys can pray for that dream for me, but it's just, it inspires me. It impresses me. And honestly we couldn't do without them.

[00:00:56] That's right. And Justin too, May's husband was in the freezer one night [00:01:00] too, right? Yeah. All right. Anybody else got a 15 second brag? Well, I don't know everyone here, but I will say the, the reels, the one with the hat, uh, hate your job, dude. That was awesome. Yeah, that's fun. We had a lot of fun doing that.

[00:01:20] Creative. Anybody else? Anybody else got a 15 second break? I was to say the same thing about Kate's rails. They're amazing. I was like, I need to learn. And then Stacy is such an amazing mom. I like she is just the most amazing mom. So I love seeing her little pictures. So yeah. Yeah, that's awesome. Well, we have a few more people joining.

[00:01:46] I think we have 11 and all tonight. I think maybe 12. I know that there's a couple of writers that my sister is coming in late. Crystal. Melanie's coming in late. They both had six o'clock zoom meetings as is the world [00:02:00] today. Gina's not going to be able to make it. So, um, let's just open up in prayer and then we'll get started.

[00:02:10] Cause I got a lot to share with you guys and you know, I'm a stickler for honoring everybody's time. And, um, so I want to get kind of just do a throw up on everybody and then we can go back with questions and comments and that way I get it all in. And um, if you have to leave, you have to leave because Kate hasn't seen her husband apparently in a week.

[00:02:38] Okay. How about Stacy? Oh my daughter. No, no, no, no. I literally see her on the trampoline with our two pound dog. Like no[00:03:00]

[00:03:01] killer. Okay. Stacy add in that. You're praying for the dog. All right. So father, God, we just thank you Lord for this time together. And I thank you, Lord that as. Heather shares the vision for the next season. Father God that our hearts, our minds are open, are ready to receive. And father God, we thank you, Lord that, um, this is just going to be a great season.

[00:03:28] And it's going to be new and exciting, and it's just going to be another pivot and we're real good at the pivot so we can do it in Jesus name. Amen. Amen. I'm sure some more people will be joining us. I just have to say that we've got a team on here from Canada to Southeast Texas to Texas, or they take, and then South Carolina is going to be joining us.

[00:03:52] Y'all we got a team from writers and editors to what we're still calling, gather her team. That's amazing. And so [00:04:00] I just first want to brag on all you guys. Um, we did a major pivot. The world did a year and a half ago. You guys, none of you left. I mean, we had a couple of people that launched out because God was calling them to different seasons, but not because of the pause.

[00:04:17] We, you know, it was because literally within the year, which always happens, uh, God pivoted them and launch them into new dreams. And I'm talking specifically about Daisy and Amy. So there were writers that are with us for a long time, but I just want to brag on you guys and how you've stayed the course.

[00:04:36] And what that shows me is that God really is calling you to this ministry to equip and empower women. This is not something you do for fun or it's a priority. Um, and that just shows me one that it's, it's not about me. It's not about you. It's really a God vision that he's implanted in all of us and that we're here to run the race and it might [00:05:00] be different seasons for everybody.

[00:05:02] But I just want to applaud all of you guys, uh, for running the race and showing up well, the past year and a half, um, just in case somebody guys don't know, like the writers, our last monthly event was March 12th, Thursday night, 2020, the day before lockdown. And we were like, why isn't anybody here? Why are like five women here?

[00:05:26] I don't understand. What's this COVID thing. So you guys have really pivoted well, and tonight I just want to share, as we really are launching into a new season again, you know, I always say. Have said for many years, and if you've been around it, you probably can quote this before I even said, who knows what I'm going to say?

[00:05:46] Purpose may never change will never change, but your strategy will constantly change. And it changes in different seasons. And as moms, as wives, as brother and sisters, all the things, you know, that your season [00:06:00] changes how you fulfill your purpose for sure changes. And we had a big shift as the whole world in 2020, but what's cool about it is that God took us on a journey that we started in 2019.

[00:06:14] And so what I want to do first is if you've got the handout, I want to share my screen so that, you know, like if you didn't get it in time, because I literally just sent it, um, I'm just going to pull it up. Um, but what I want to show with the show to you is this first, um, the pulls up. Um, is there a race?

[00:06:39] See it, um, this was from vision dinner 20 19th of May, 2019. And some of you were there where we did is in Austin at a restaurant. Now I can't remember the name that the domain and it was where, uh, let me see if I can make this bigger.[00:07:00]

[00:07:03] I shared this and said, here's the vision again? Pre COVID 2019, where I said creative woman on the left-hand side. Y'all I just pointed to it. Like you can see it. I know there's a point on here somewhere and then fashion and fates box or clothing on one side and then in the bottom center subscription box.

[00:07:27] So that was the vision casting of 2019.

[00:07:34] And it wasn't until lockdown that we were able to start fulfilling that vision. So it was really kind of cool how we couldn't even work on this until COVID. And just to read you a subscription of what the box would be, it would be launching a faith and passion subscription box. I'm reading right here, right underneath that square.

[00:07:54] Each box will contain a monthly devotional one from a brand. And like, and I'm not, [00:08:00] I can't even. Uh, and one item from brand worth 10 to $15 like jewelry shirt or whatever. So I was describing what was in it. We did not launch until a year after this was shown. So I just love how God gets you ready as an idea.

[00:08:13] And he prepared us. And even though we weren't ready for our hard stop on the event side, um, we, he had already put it in our hearts where we were going. And so I just also lost say that one to give another big applies to the writing team who were like, what pause we kept going. And they did, there is no pause on the writing and editor side, so way to go to the writing team for just doing the thing.

[00:08:42] Um, but who was at that vision meeting? Does anybody remember that? Does anybody? Yeah. Um, so I'm going to pull up the other handout. If you have it, I'm a visual person. So I really just had to do it like this. [00:09:00] And if y'all see people that are trying to log on, let me know. I think, I don't know if anybody else can see to try to get to my screen.

[00:09:11] Did y'all don't want to pull it up or pull something up with notes and I'm just gonna do this close out some stuff. I see everything, but that's okay. I don't have anything to hide. I'm gonna grab my computer plugins. So I'll be right back. Yeah.

[00:09:30] I'm hoping. No, one's trying to get in. I don't see it.

[00:09:36] Sorry. I'm trying to figure this out real quick.

[00:09:54] Okay.[00:10:00]

[00:10:01] Maybe they'll text me if they're logging in. Um, but I can't see what my screen share. So hopefully, okay. So here, this is great. So it's almost as if I don't even know where to begin, but I'm going to give it a shot. Okay. So just bear with me, but we have these two things and I'm sure that you've seen how create a woman has been a ministry for 10 years.

[00:10:27] And then the last year and a half, we've developed this business, faith and fashion box. And it's been immeshed, it's been all together. We've been trying to figure it out. Um, We knew that they obviously, that goes together, create a woman, you guys, the writers of the one that produce everything, the content that goes in the book, and then the fascia comes down.

[00:10:49] Cause we've all been, always been about fashions or six and principle, but it's the, this past year and a half, it has really been a focus on the [00:11:00] box. And as a year progressed, it became very apparent through just the way it was heading, um, accountant, our accountant, uh, our non-profit covering all the things that it was a separate business, um, because it just says, and not that they have to have separate entities or separate, you know, but if you think about a lot of nonprofits do have a business side or a business has a give back, we started opposite.

[00:11:28] We started as a ministry and then added the business. And if that makes sense to you. Where usually it's a business that has a give back. We started to give back first and then went to business so that the business then funds the nonprofit. And that has always been the goal that the business buns, the nonprofit, and so far, it has been helping so much and it's really going well.

[00:11:53] Um, but because of COVID, the only offering we really had, which was [00:12:00]amazing. Cause it's how we started. What were our blocks? Um, we had the podcast for a little bit. We stopped that just because it was a lot going on. So tonight I just want to share with you how the two fit together and what we'll be offering.

[00:12:16] And 20, 22, and then with these. Parts in there. Um, Kendra who's with us tonight, who is now on staff with us as marketing, she'll be sharing, um, some kind of ins and outs of marketing and how different programs work. And then I believe Sarah, Amy is logged on at, might be a little late. Sarah, Amy. Um, you know, she's been with us for a while as an editor.

[00:12:40] She is now, um, like very, very part-time, but Jen, a lot of admin stuff to help us move the mission forward. Um, so yeah, like yay. Any questions before I just started spilling my guts?[00:13:00]

[00:13:01] Nope. And y'all can just unmute anytime because I really can't see. And I, hopefully I'm not missing anybody to put them in. So what you see here, and we even talked about this. If you listened to the vision message that I gave early this year, a few of y'all were here at the house and we did a podcast and sending out that we wanted to add a third E and that's equip and power and employ.

[00:13:28] It was something I said off the cuff, but something that had been on my heart for a while, because in order to empower women, you also give them the freedom of, um, of finances, leadership, and discipleship, right? Um, at least in our world, a world of creative women. So I put the two side by side so that you could see, and it's a lot to digest and I get it, but I hopefully I'm showing you side by side so that you can kind of get a feel, but we're going to do the white side [00:14:00] first have created woman, nonprofit leadership.

[00:14:02] Um, and this is all going to launch next year and how we're going to come back to doing ministry. In addition to blogs and things like that

[00:14:18] and a visitor. Um,

[00:14:23] so with that, um, I do want to say the goal is to come back to face to face as well. I know a lot of us are missing that. I miss it. Um, I always last year when want, I was like in the summer, of course, that didn't happen. And I keep saying when, but every time we feel like we can do it, something, you know, the seasons change, um, in the world.

[00:14:46] So now we have a goal of launching face-to-face in 20, 22 and perfectly that will happen. So this is not in place of face-to-face. This is so that we can grow our community. [00:15:00]Throughout everywhere. Um, we're doing that with the box so far. We have subscribers at different states and I just think that's the coolest thing in the world.

[00:15:08] So these are offerings that we're launching that we're not going to be in place of, but in addition to, so, um, and I just want to give props to Kendra Stanton who's here. She is the one that really said, brought all it together. You know, sometimes when you're in the trees, you can't see the, the forest for the trees.

[00:15:27] And I felt like that's where we were in the past year. Um, and really just brought it all together. And, um, so just to kick off, we will be offering in 2022 and stages two to three classes online, and really they're not new classes. And so just to give you, I'm going to bullet point and then show you a website example, is everybody with me so far?

[00:15:54] I'm going to bullet point the two to three classes for possible. And then I'm going to show you a website to give you a [00:16:00] visual of what that looks like. So the first one is a class that we launched in during COVID. It was a master brain genius, uh, D um, she, she was a matchmaker at the time and said, let's match women during COVID let's match them online so they can share their dreams and launched this class right here.

[00:16:19] The number one. DLC during mantra connections. Um, it was really the cool thing may is, uh, one of the students. She, I don't know if students or participants, I should say graduate. She took the class. I don't know if anybody else on the team, but I know several of you taught in the class as well. So we're bringing that back.

[00:16:40] Um, and it's where women are matched with dream launch friends and walk through a five week course we saved five weeks because we do have six principles. We just incorporated fashion throughout instead of reserving a week. So, but this time we will do it on a bigger scale and package it in a way as you've probably [00:17:00] seen a lot of online courses that can be resold and resold over and over again.

[00:17:06] We're opening the class that for five weeks, like four times a year, class close, and people get to join it and get matched. We had a lot of great feedback from women that were matched because they had to fill out an application and say what they were taking the class for and what they were trying to launch.

[00:17:23] And we paired them with like-minded women, but also tried to put different ages, stages of life as well. That was what was really cool. Cause they pull things out of each other. I have a testimony about that real quick. That one lady was really mad at us at first because she joined with her friends. She was really, she was like, and she told us this after she goes, I just want you to know at first I was really angry.

[00:17:46] Because me and my friend joined together and you didn't match us, but now I see why. And I'm so thankful that you did match me with my friend and I've had the best time and I've learned so much. So it's really taken the women out [00:18:00] of their box. So that's number one, we're bringing it back. Um, of course we include videos, handouts, and online meetups and match ups.

[00:18:08] So costs with the box. We want to build an online community, not just someone that people that just get a box. Yes, there'll be people that just get a box, but the idea is to build community. So the dream launcher connections class will be free to subscribers AK members, and there'll be able to get matched it's optional, but also the class will be offered to two people outside.

[00:18:37] At a, at a fee, don't have that fee yet. We'll see what that is. So does that make sense? So far, class one, dream launcher connections free the box of scribers, a cost to those who are not as subscribers will match people. They'll apply all the things that we did before, just on a larger scale, more professional, and the videos will be even greater.

[00:18:56] Um, last time we did the videos on our phone. We're not going to do [00:19:00] that, but it was COVID. Everybody was fine with it. I want to skip number two and go to number three real quick to lead her to 12 week course created by CW board and enables women to develop skills and strategies. It's three prongs coaching, training, and networking, meaning, um, four weeks of coaching, four weeks of training, four weeks of networking.

[00:19:24] Here's what's cool about this again? What God prepares you for before you're ready. We had a creative woman board meeting. February 1st, first or second week. And I can't remember, uh, 2020, we planned this whole 12 week course. We nailed it down. We knew that's what we were having a meeting about. We even hired a grant writer to get funding for this 12 week course that we were going to launch in 2020.

[00:19:54] We planned it after we wrote it, all the details COVID hit it. Wasn't time to [00:20:00]launch. Now it's time to launch. This will be our big ticket course. It's not free to anybody. It's a 12 week course. Um, with that, I want to share a website just to kind of give you a visual if that's okay.

[00:20:20] Um, this is a group called boss, Dave. Some, you might find that they are not faith-based that don't look to be look into this for faith based their business. Only what I want to show you is how they have numbers. And different courses, their entry, which would be our dream launcher connections, and then a larger course.

[00:20:41] And there they offer courses to help women. So that's what I want you to visualize for create. When you go to create a woman.net, it will be practical classes on how to equip and empower women. Does that make sense? I know it's a lot. I'm trying to [00:21:00] go fast and also not overwhelm you questions so far, anybody.

[00:21:08] So think of this as creating a woman.net, you would see our mission. You would see during launch or connections, you would see lead her. I'm not saying that's going to be the cost. I'm just giving you a visual and then you might see coaching and group coaching. Now you think about as women do. So we'll do the five week course.

[00:21:29] Then maybe they say, you know what? I learned a lot and there was something I'm covered. I need some group coaching or individual. I need to dive deeper into what I just learned or maybe they already know, and they need the group coaching or individual. We want to offer women practical ways to be equipped and empowered, to do the very thing that God has called them to do.

[00:21:50] You know, I think, and this is a rabbit trail. I'll just defer one minute. And we say this a lot in creative woman or this idea. Um, you know, we all have a plan and purpose, [00:22:00] but where we lack teaching is how you find that, not find that, cultivate that and be excellent at what God's called you to do. You know, our whole purpose everyone's purpose is to point people to Jesus period, to make disciples of women and men period.

[00:22:17] That's our purpose, but the how comes through our gifts and talents. And that's where we're helping women really carve that. And fine tune it and change and pivot and different seasons. And it, sometimes it takes coaching. I've been coached and a lot of you guys have been coached, um, and business coaching has been awesome.

[00:22:39] Um, so that's the third one and then possible options. It might even be in the 20, 23 is our five-week study guide that we've had for a long time making that into an online course and then our devotional book. So before we move to the next side questions about creative women and, and, um, [00:23:00] offerings for 2022, I'll say this, we launched three launcher connections in February TBD, and then we won't do lead her until the fall.

[00:23:11] Can't launch it all at once. We're going to slow-go and we're not going to put ourselves on a tight timeline, but at an aggressive one, but with the flexibility that makes sense questions about creating a woman Outbrain's.

[00:23:28] I got one. Have you guys had anybody work through any of the content, like internally just to see what that looks like and how it's going to, like how to apply that for other people that come in and when they have questions and things. Yeah. I can't even say he's talking at Katie's at you. It's still Wayne.

[00:23:46] Hey Jolene. Okay. I can't see. So we have then dream launcher connections. Yes. So we have definitely done that. We did that class twice now lead her. We have not. So before we even launched that we will be [00:24:00] doing that. So yeah. I think everything that we do we'll have soft launches and test groups to fine tune for sure.

[00:24:07] What were your thoughts about it? Well, I was just wondering, like, the first thing that comes to mind is what, what are women going to get out of the course? Yes. Um, but if we haven't had anybody who's taken it internally so that we can get some kind of feedback on it. How do we know. Then figure that out.

[00:24:27] Yeah. We'll definitely do that with lead her gathered or during launchers, we've got that feedback and have tweaked it from two different groups that we took through the process. And that's why we feel pretty good about launching it and, uh, next year. Yeah. Right. Okay. Good question. But yeah, for sure. We don't want to launch anything without testing it.

[00:24:51] Well, especially at a price, even if we're dream launchers during COVID the first time we did it, we did it for free. We were like, we're not charging anybody there, there are tests, [00:25:00]right? Yeah. Any other questions, but I'll also say Jolene that everything will be mapped out on the website to really spell out exactly what to expect from each course.

[00:25:14] So it won't just, you know, like you'll have a clear understanding of what the coaching is, what the training is, what the networking. It will be very clear to Everett, to anyone who's coming on the page. Okay. Yeah. This is the very bulleted point early stage of just so that we're all on the same page and I never want to run too far ahead without getting the team involved.

[00:25:42] So yeah, this is bullet point for sure.

[00:25:47] Anybody else? Questions, comments, ideas,

[00:25:56] moving on. Okay. All right. [00:26:00] So, um, you may have seen a little thing called the faith and fashion box the past year. Um, it's been really cool just to see different people from. States different friends. Um, come in and subscribe. We've had some drivers come and go. We've had a very handy, big handful, actually that have been with us since July, 2020 when we launched.

[00:26:25] So it's been really cool to see the ebb and flow. And we've learned a lot from how to package a box nights. When the team comes over to box nights, what subscribers are liking, it's going to be forever a learning curve. Um, but moving forward and 2022, we've decided in the, uh, our editor knows this. And a few of you guys know this as well, um, that we're gonna move to quarterly.

[00:26:54] Um, and since we do the six principals twice a year, it will look like [00:27:00] this. At the top of that page of the pink side, January, February, March will be dreams, healing, identity. If anyone's subscribed between January and March a certain date, they will get the same box and each box will have three books and three fashion pieces.

[00:27:16] Um, and that does a few things. One, it allows us to make the box bigger. It allows women to walk through the book and at a more slower pace, even though they're small, it kinda, you know, I even know that may have said that they were behind on the, on the devotional because they were really taking it and digesting it a lot together with her.

[00:27:36] Cause she did it with a friend, um, and really digging deep into that. And so they weren't ready for the next book. Um, so that'll just help people go at their own pace, but also make it bigger and better. It will be a higher price point, but by the end of the year, there'll be spending less than what they did for a whole year of monthly.

[00:27:56] If that makes sense. Um, as a subscriber [00:28:00] members, what we really want to do is create a, more of a community. Um, they'll get a gang community through a five-week course, which you. Um, discount on group coaching. They'll have an online community, which we have not created yet, but will, and then something that we want to do last year because of COVID just did not happen very well.

[00:28:20] Alumni mixers, like literally we met for alumni mixer with the graduates last year and one person came and it was like, okay, this is not working on this season yet. Um, so that is what's happening. Our editors, our editor that does the boxes, no writers specifically to you. Um, this I'm speaking to you guys, um, what this means as a practical timeline is that I will be putting due dates on the calendar of when, um, all three books when need to be done.

[00:28:57] Deb has already given me her timeline. Deb is our [00:29:00] editor, um, of what she needs in order to get stuff done. So for example, There's a due date in October for your blogs. That will be mailed out in January. I didn't say that. Right, but just so you know, you'll have less edits throughout the year, but you'll have a bulk edit at once.

[00:29:18] Does that make sense? And here's the thing I want the writers to know. I know we're all busy, but when it comes time to edit, if you don't edit or get things in on time, then it backs up our print and our shipping. So, um, we are moving into a timeline that really affects our members and subscribers. So if you're behind or something like that, please reach out to someone.

[00:29:44] We can edit it for you. Or if you don't mind. Um, but writers, this is really a season now that our books are going into members and we're mailing them and people are paying that. We have to make sure that our personal lives, um, things happen for sure. That's [00:30:00] when you need to reach out. But please know that behind a week, wait on you getting to your edits means a week, wait on print, late on print.

[00:30:08] That makes sense. So it's like, oh, there's, there's a steps to everything in the process. And the next step can't proceed. If you're not doing your part. So really be aware of your Facebook message thread. They assign due dates that we're going to start using more of, um, and just know that behind every edit, there's a, there's a woman who paid for a box and the woman that we want to put in power.

[00:30:32] So please be aware that behind every edit, right. That is reaching out and there's a woman behind that many women behind that. So I just have to throw that in there because we're about that.

[00:30:48] Anyway. That makes sense. What do y'all think about going quarterly? I'd love to hear real quick. What y'all think about going quarterly? This is may I love that idea. Like, I think that'll be [00:31:00] really good. I think, like you said, just having a little bit more time to go through all the materials it's going to be great.

[00:31:05] Yeah. And every, every woman wants a bigger gift, right? Yeah. So they'll open up that box and there will be more and they will be happy. What was that bumps that I used to get Heather? It was the, um, Add fun. Yeah. Thank you. And it came quarterly, I think. And it was a huge box and it was something to like really look forward to.

[00:31:32] And so that's kind of exciting because you're like, oh shit, this month, you know, my such and such box comes. And so I think that's kind of exciting too. Yeah. And it even helps that just with marketing promotion where we have such a fast turnaround right now that it's even hard to show like, Hey, this is what we have, like, it comes and goes so quickly, um, with what we have.

[00:31:53] So yeah. Anybody else?[00:32:00]

[00:32:04] okay. Um,

[00:32:10] okay. So here's where it comes in. To the ambassador program that we are launching. Did anybody know that we are doing this? I know some of y'all did. Um, and this is where I'm going to ask Kendra here in just a minute to take over. Um, but here's what it's going to look like. We have a test group going on right now with four girls.

[00:32:31] Kate is one of them, Stacy, D my sister and Melanie, um, testing it to see how it works, because there are already kinks that we're finding. So that's all we didn't launch it big, and we're not going to launch it big till next year. Um, but we will launch it within you guys, the CW family. Um, after this month, we just really wanted to work out some kinks and what the ambassador program looks like eventually, I will say eventually free box, [00:33:00] um, discount, where you get a free book.

[00:33:03] You'll get a discount code or you'll say, Hey, get this box, use my code and get 10% off. If anybody uses your code, just like every master program, you get a percent or a commission. Um, what we set up this year will be the same next year because of it we're going from monthly to quarterly, uh, which is another reason why we're not launching at big outside of the family, but this year, the next in the fall, this fall like really three months left.

[00:33:30] Um, we're going to let you guys sign on if you want to do it, but there will be some criteria and I'll let Kendra speak to that a little bit more about what best practices are. Um, that would that program. You'll also be able to get, um, items from the boutique at a discounted price and then commission on those cells as well.

[00:33:50] And hopefully the goal prayerfully is how this is how it will be able to not only reach more women, but also add the third E employee. So Kendra, I'm going to [00:34:00] give it to you and let you talk. Okay. Cool. Well, hello. I am Kendra. Um, and I don't think I've met everybody here personally, but I know, I see some familiar faces just from going to, um, gather her events.

[00:34:15] So my hair is a different color from pre COVID. So some things have changed in life. You know what I mean? Also, I'm seeing more grace popping up post COVID, so this is not good news. Um, so I want to back up just a tiny bit. And if you don't mind, Heather, and talk about kind of the, the core separation, do you mind, are we going to come back to that?

[00:34:40] Yeah, go for it. I don't know why. When I sit down, my whole family needs me, so right now it's my animals. So just one second. Go, go, go, go, go, go. Um, so I want to talk about the way that it's separated, just so you can understand. [00:35:00] From my perspective, why we ended up doing all this. Um, originally when Heather asked me to, um, help with marketing, I did like a deep dive into the, the, um, current website CW.

[00:35:13] So I could just kind of see how it was, um, how it would like display in everyday consumer finding the box, like understanding what, what is happening on w and because of COVID, it really has made every business truly have to transition to online in some way. Um, and so you can't be dependent anymore on doing online or on doing in-person meetups and everything else, like you really had to, you really have to pivot.

[00:35:47] So unless, um, what I, what I found like with CW was that unless you're like really in-person, um, it's. It would be hard to go to [00:36:00] the website and really get a feel and understanding for the whole spectrum of what the non-profit is and what, how faith and fashion box fits into, um, into the whole nonprofit plan.

[00:36:16] Can you just give me one second? I need to yell.

[00:36:25] So sometimes, um, so anyways, uh, what I found like going to the website was that it was just, uh, it would, it would be too hard for somebody just popping onto the website and not having any understanding about CW to then transition into like maybe buying a box. And, um, you know, the goal of the box is not just to have like a business and create like mass amounts of wealth.

[00:36:51] The reason why we have the box is to support the nonprofit. Period, right. It's to support the nonprofit and also [00:37:00] to create an on-ramp for women who maybe don't know Jesus to have like, Hey, I got a cute little fashion box, like, oh, I'm interested in a devotional or whatever, you know, like, but the goal for the box is always to lead them back to CDW.

[00:37:21] I'm so sorry, Heather,

[00:37:26] you guys, my husband has COVID and so my life has been ruined this week, having the quarantine, all my kids it's so relatable. It's very relatable. So your outfit.

[00:37:39] Um, so anyways, my point is like, um, the reason why we, oh, we created the separate, the separate website and why you're seeing like emails, um, you know, from that is so. First off for like marketing purposes. Once we start sending ads [00:38:00] to, um, faith and fashion, faith in fashion box and even just targeting, um, like using blogs to target keywords like SEO, I don't know if anyone is familiar with any of that.

[00:38:13] Um, it's, uh, it's the best way for Google to see, Hey, I know exactly what this about. Um, and then we can start getting like traffic and, uh, getting subscribers and getting sales, that event that do help to support the nonprofit. Does that make sense to anyone raise your hand if that's making sense? I guess everyone's on a, um, on mute.

[00:38:41] Um, and then for the, for the dream teachers, um, for these classes, We really want it to make the course or the, um, subscription just special to people. So the special part is that they have access to these courses like the, you know, they have [00:39:00] access to the community, they have access to a group of women, um, who are inspiring them to walk with Jesus, whether it's someone who is new in their faith or an expert, you can have, you're going to meet somebody within the group that, um, you know, is gonna like coach you along and whatever part of your faith journey you're in.

[00:39:22] And so, um, that's why like those like five week courses and everything else they're optional. They're like a fun add on as a bonus. It's not a part of like necessarily the cost of the box. It's just a really cool bonus. And then like Heather was saying with doing quarterly, um, it just gives us an opportunity to say, Hey, Like, we're going to get even like, you know, we're going through, you know, identity and we go through our core principles, but also depending on the season, you know, we're headed into the fall season.

[00:39:54] So here are your fall essentials. Here are your winter essentials. Like it's just an easier way [00:40:00] for people to, uh, relate to the box better and also gives everyone else a, a breath of fresh air. It's like a minute to breathe, like in between boxes. And Heather's not having to like, lose her mind shipping out boxes every month.

[00:40:15] Um, which is, which is great. Uh, we also found like in, um, in doing like surveys that a lot of people. Love the box. Um, they love the connecting with people. They love like the community. Um, but they S some people still felt that the price was too high. So by adjusting the, um, course to a quarterly, we, we will, they will actually like save money.

[00:40:43] Um, and also it's cures a three month income for creative women. Does that make sense? Like a three month subscription? Right. So instead of like, oh, I purchased a box and then I'm done after one [00:41:00] month, we can know, Hey, like that person paid for basically three months of, of a subscription. Does that make sense?

[00:41:11] Okay, cool. And then, um, open up the chat so that people can put it in the chat. Like if she's asked a question just, oh yeah. And then the other thing is, um, we will eventually. Um, also add to like, uh, payment plans, like using a, um, like sizzle or something that will split up payments for people too. So that if anyone's worried about, you know, like a $40, I can't remember how much we said it would be 49.

[00:41:43] I don't, I can't remember what the price is, but either way it's still such a great, uh, it's comparable to like, um, you know, competing, uh, boxes that do quarterly subscriptions. Um, okay. So [00:42:00] moving on to the ambassador program, um, I'm really personally from like a marketing standpoint, really encouraged to see everybody here.

[00:42:08] Um, it's been a while since I've been around like everybody at CW, but I think it's amazing. Um, most brands do not have. The cheering behind their brands, like just naturally that wants to be here and love to be here and are excited to be here. So to me, this is like so encouraging. Um, I would say the ambassador, the ambassador program is amazing because it does help employ women, but it also helps us spread the word.

[00:42:38] And unless we spread the word, um, about, you know, the, the boxes and, um, what we have going on with batch of box, like it's going to be, you know, it can, what I'm saying is it can only propel the mission further. The more that we talk about the faith and fashion box, the further the mission is propelled [00:43:00] because every purchase goes to support the mission.

[00:43:04] Okay. So I want to put a pin right there. Like to share the aha of like when you're cause all of us as ambassadors right now, currently, and the ones that are not yet, but are part of the family that one of the ambassadors, what the difference is when you're sharing about the box, when you're shown about creative woman.

[00:43:27] Cause that's been a struggle, even for me like, and I know the struggle is real for everybody else. How the two, you talk about the two different entities. And I think even today when Kendra and I were meeting, he was even an aha for me because I had been struggling. Like what do I say over here? And what do I say over here?

[00:43:46] And also all you guys are not going to be posting about the box. That's cool too. Like this is an option. So I love how you just streamlined it today that if you're talking about the creative one, [00:44:00] Classes events. It's all about vision and mission and what we do for women. When you're talking about the box, you're really not talking about creating a woman.

[00:44:09] You were talking about the box, cause it's two different audiences. And the reason it is, and I love that Kendra, because she dove deep into our marketing and our lists that we have is that everyone that's on our list is all ministry focused because they've come to our events for 10, 10 years. It come together.

[00:44:28] Her they've read our blogs, they've come to our conferences. They all want ministry and they all want to be equipped and empowered. So they're going to care about creative women and the ministry offerings. People are going to be a whole nother group. There will be crossover for sure. So when you're trying to think, like, what am I talking about?

[00:44:48] I'm a master. You're just talking about the box. Now you might say the mission helps support, but I think that's going to give you some clarity around, um, and Kendra add whatever. Yeah. Yeah. They [00:45:00] we're like the, the question, the confusion was Heather was like, I have this real and I don't know. It's like a classic example.

[00:45:08] I have this real, I don't know. Do I post on CW? Like, do I post on faith confession box? And like, how am I supposed to communicate? You know? But when we're looking at the target audience and you have to kind of think about it in that, in that way, it is what do they want? And, um, so when she's showing like an unboxing or anything like that, like if she chooses to share an unboxing on the, um, CW its own, it's not about selling the box.

[00:45:36] It's about sharing how it helps support for the mission period. It's not, it's not going to be, Hey, buy the box and you're going to, nothing like that. Like it'll always be, it's so amazing, you know, that we get to, um, create an on-ramp for women to dive deep into their relationship with Jesus. Um, and you know, also this box helps support like what we do [00:46:00] here, which is to equip and empower women.

[00:46:03] That makes sense. CW is the why, and then you can just sum it up. This is the why of everything that we're doing to kind of separate it. Okay. Got it. Faith and fashion box is like kind of the, how it's propelled further. Right? Go ahead, Kate. Sorry, go ahead. No, I think it was somebody else. Yeah. I was going to say it sounds to me like the faith and fashion box is just, I mean, that's, it's a product cause that's what it is.

[00:46:34] So it's like, we're telling about a product and as an, as an ambassador, since we're talking about. You can get this product and if you use the code, then you can get 10% off this product. And this is either the pieces of the product. Yes. But I also think it's really important to talk about that. It is to further, because you think about like Tom's shoes, right?

[00:46:59] Like [00:47:00] obviously, because they're cute and they're comfortable and all these things, but we also are fully aware that when I buy a pair of shoes, there's a kid in child's in Africa that also gets a free pair of shoes. You know what I mean? So it's

[00:47:19] a product, but it's also a mission. I also want to say that just as I've been confused, not confused, but trying to figure it out and you guys have to, our audience is probably the same. And I'm going to say this again, you are a volunteer. You do not have to do this ambassador program. This is an offering that you get to be a part of.

[00:47:45] If you choose to with that said, uh, Kendra is going to create a plan where we, where she a marketing plan to our current credit woman followers and say, Hey, thanks for staying with us. Here's how creative woman is changing or [00:48:00] pivoting into 2022 and what we'll be offering, because they're seen box over here, this over here, they're seeing the same thing.

[00:48:09] And it's the main reason I hired Kendra. Cause it's not our, it's not my gifting. Um, and she's finding that out very quickly. Um, um, so to communicate to that, to our tribe, who has been with us for years as come to south speaks, listen to those speakers have networked with us. We've prayed with, we are going to be starting to campaign to that group to say, we're coming back with ministry in addition to the blogs and the box and this way.

[00:48:42] And thank you for staying with us. This is how we're pivoting. This is how you can support. This is how you can be a part of this is how you can administer to all those things. So we're going to make it clear as this next few months, go along to our tribe, who we value and want to honor that has stayed with [00:49:00] us.

[00:49:00] Um, I don't want to give a shout out to some of our donors to all name by name, obviously, but we gained donors during the COVID and we did not have any leads. And I think that's a shout out to the Lord of just really sustaining us and filling, like, and seeing that we, we are staying on course, even though we might be confused at moments.

[00:49:23] I know that the Lord is leading the way. And it has shown. I see that by the fruit, the fruit of you guys, the fruit of our donors, the fruit of where we're going. And I just think it's a Testament to you guys stay in the course. So shout out to that, just so you know, we're going to be clearing out the clutter and the mud as we go.

[00:49:44] All right, Kendra. Sorry. So, um, I love that. I think that's great. Um, going back to the ambassador program, um, I'm going to just talk about kind of what it is and in general, how ambassador [00:50:00] programs work, not like this is not to, again, pressure anyone to join or anything like that. Like I'm just telling. How they work.

[00:50:08] Um, so in general, like the ambassador program, like we went with Refersion, which is a great option going, like going inside. Go on, go, go, go, go, go, go. Um, it's a great option for, for us because we're just getting started. Um, how it works is, um, typically when you join an ambassador program, you, um, are, uh, gifted with something.

[00:50:39] Um, actually that's not all the time. Sometimes you have, you know, you have to, uh, earn points and different things like that to be able to get free products. Um, but Heather's been really generous and she's going to be giving ambassadors a free box. Um, with that free book box, you get a discount code.

[00:50:58] Unboxings are [00:51:00] amazing because you can show everything that's in it. But I, I also think that. Um, it's just so important to talk about the, your faith journey alongside with the box. Um, because they really do go hand in hand and that's truly what makes, uh, faith and fashion box different than any other box that there is on the market, because there is truly nothing out there that is like this, um, for women.

[00:51:26] And so, um, you get a discount code every time you share it. If it's through that link, then you get, um, a commission. Those are all really standard things that you get, uh, with an ambassador program. Um, and then, uh, typically like, especially since we will be going to quarterly, we'll kind of have different, uh, things that we request that you do per month.

[00:51:53] Uh, so we can get the word out about the boxes, um, whether it be sharing on social media, doing a [00:52:00] real, um, you know, different things just to. The box, basically, um, like this last month we had our, the box this month was amazing. Okay. I'm just going to say shout out because that those brushes are, they're just stupid.

[00:52:20] Good. Um, anyways, but yeah, so things like that, like there are a bunch of makeup brushes and, you know, doing tutorials and things like that. So what we will be doing is giving suggested ideas on what to do for that particular box. Um, and once we move into quarterly week, we'll have like, Hey, like January Pearson's things to do check through off your list, you know, different things to get you motivated and inspired to share what's in the box.

[00:52:52] Um, and then the bonus obviously is that you get, you get commission. Um, but [00:53:00]biggest bonus is that we get to share. We get to lead people into the mission of, um, created women say how both our onboarding and ramps the box is a ramp to go into the ministry. The ministry is a ramp to go into the box. Both help provide a highway between the two, a bridge, so that some people might subscribe to the box for fashion, but then they, they, as they read the devotionals, they need more and cross over to create a woman, to find community, to find prayer, to find classes that we're offering.

[00:53:38] So I want you to see this, that even if you're not an ambassador, um, as a bridge, you know, the writers are writing the devotionals. Uh, we have these classes that we're going to offer that you can, that will be calling on some of you guys to be a part of, or get a video shoot. But most importantly, I want you to see the, this as there's a bridge between the two and [00:54:00] both point women back to Jesus in different ways.

[00:54:03] One is the hook. Fashion has always been our hook. And for those that go to gather her a lot, knew that we would meet women that said, oh, I just saw who your fashion partner was. I couldn't miss it. I didn't know you were talking about Jesus. We got that all the time. I gather her and think of the box for some people as a hook that some people we've gotten feedback and you'll see people that post how it's allowed them to dive deeper into their relationship with Jesus.

[00:54:30] So you'll have a deep faith women, and you'll also have the women that want just the fashion and, oh, I'm Christian. I want a book. Uh, but then are allowed to cross over the bridge to create a woman and the community and what we have always offered. Yes. And I don't see any other boxes, um, correct me if I'm wrong that are offering courses and like, um, [00:55:00] You know, a community like this.

[00:55:02] Um, so it really is going hand in hand together. And I think doing it really helps, like you said, to create that bridge that, um, truly reaches many people, um, in a lot of different levels of life. So 20 minutes, and I want to open up real quick, cause I, I want us to go back to the classes and the, just a minute and talk about this content creation because that's important.

[00:55:33] But before we do that, I just want to, everybody can unmute or mute when you have a question, but I really feel like I don't want you to get off of this call and be like, ah, I should have asked that question. Um, because no question is off limits because we're all learning and this is, this part of this call was not so we could be a talking head, but to get everybody on the same page, Go for it.

[00:55:59] [00:56:00] Ask away clarification ideas, question, whatever. Okay. I have one. Um, and this is just kind of from, um, how do you get speaker view so we can see speaker view? Cause I can not figure it out like a swipe. Oh, wait, you're on a computer. I'm on a phone. Okay. We'll just, I'll just do that. There we go. Okay. And then you can swipe, but if you're on a phone, um, okay, so this is going back to whenever, like, you know, I was logging in like on, you know, and posting as created woman, right.

[00:56:31] Like on Instagram and then, but I was noticing that we have, because I know we're like the goal is to get everyone on Instagram. Right. Cause that's obviously where everything's going, but so how do we get like our 3000 people from Facebook and we don't have, you know, like that, like they're not clicking, like follow.

[00:56:51] So how do we do that? Like, I mean, do you just want us to straight up say. Like get off Facebook and get on Insta, like, and follow us over there. [00:57:00] Or like, you know, do, do we want to post on Facebook? Do we not want to present tell us like, what's the right way to do that in to get all those people to come over?

[00:57:11] Well, like you're confused on where to post like, no, no, like I'll post on Instagram obviously, but I mean like how, just as like a whole, like, as a team, you know, like not just me personally, just like, as a whole, like, is created woman, like, how are we going to, how are we getting all those people that are already following this over there on to the Instagram platform individually?

[00:57:32] It just, you're just two completely different platforms. There's are on Facebook. That absolutely will never come over to Instagram. And that's usually older generation, to be honest, no offense to anyone like I am. I actually prefer Facebook over Instagram, sometimes me too. Yes. But, um, so yeah, so I would say like, I don't, don't even worry about that.

[00:57:57] Like if you're on [00:58:00] Facebook, like, and you're like, Hey, we're going live on Instagram then. Yeah. We'll post up like a, like, like a post it's like, Hey, we're going to go live and to go out and email or whatever, but basically thing, Instagram is its own thing there to you think of them as like different audiences, Facebook is, or like most of the time, like, well, Facebook groups actually are far more engaged with each other than, um, Instagram.

[00:58:29] Yeah. And I think too, it's really, if you're comfortable posting on Facebook with your code or as an ambassador, the post on Facebook. Oh, are you talking about yourself personally? I think she's talking about 3000 people. We have three over 3000 followers on create a woman Facebook. How are we getting those to engage?

[00:58:52] Okay. Yeah. I also think, you know, right now, because we have so many things we're pivoting towards, we can literally only do like one [00:59:00] thing at a time. Cause there's so much going on. And so many changes. So like the goal is to grow a Facebook group because that is where people find that community. And you think about like a Facebook page is it is some sort of community, but it also is advertising and whatnot, but the community within the group, it does.

[00:59:20] Yeah. But I've always heard for Facebook, is it almost Facebook? You have to have a Facebook page as a business, but it's the group that you have to engage because people will follow a page and not engage, or they might not even see a post group is where we have to build community. And that would be our long-term goal into, as we launched DLC and all those classes.

[00:59:43] And so, so more like tangibly speaking, it's actually more like getting those 3000 people in right. Facebook group rather than over to Instagram, which would be the dream launch or connection group. Got it. [01:00:00] Just something I've been wondering about for a while. Okay. Anybody else have a question about something?

[01:00:08] Um, so for the box you mentioned like with Tom's how we, like, you always pointed back to the mission and with Toms, we know that you buy one pair of shoes, then you you're giving someone one pair of shoes also. Well, we have something like that where we say, okay, you subscribed to the box, you're empowering women, but is there like a numerical or like a tangible thing that we can say we're doing kind of like a short script that would just kind of like, we don't have like a goal, like, Hey, this amount is going to sponsor it.

[01:00:48] Exact thing. What we have been saying is that it helps every purchase supports the nonprofit created woman. But I, I, I do think that, um, [01:01:00] it would be good and that something that, yeah, I think as we get into, uh, the classes we'll know more, if we were still hosting, gather her, cause gather her was for free.

[01:01:11] Um, that would have been what it paid for was all those women coming for free. Um, because if you look at the three years, four years that we did gather her, we had over 400 women come for free to hear about Jesus and to get all of that. So I think as we pivot, we just have to get our new meat meters, I think is, I don't know if that's the right one.

[01:01:34] Um, and these classes will do that. And then when we launch gather her, cause when gather her comes back, it still will be free. He still had to pay for stuff though, as a nonprofit, um, to host that event. And then also these classes, um, what, what will have tangible outcomes because he, as well as we do classes, we have to have tangible outcomes of did they meet the mark?

[01:01:58] What, what do we want them to [01:02:00] learn? Did the women learn that? And that'll be all feedback. You know, we've got the feedback from DLC just with a few people. So we've got that feedback. Um, but yeah, we'll have to, in the midst of this, as we're pivoting to find what our one liner is, cause we can't say that it's helping women at south speaks cause we haven't had style speaks in two years.

[01:02:23] Um, so our, our, what, our, how has changed so much that the statistics that we had, nobody cares about anymore. I mean, you also think though that like with the box, when we transitioned in January to quarterly and they start getting access to every box, subscriber gets access to a course. I mean that, that right there is the, that right.

[01:02:54] It's like you buy the box and you empower a woman. Like whether it's, I mean, obviously [01:03:00] it's your it's yourself, but it is still empowering women. You're connecting with somebody else. Like it's furthering the, um, the creative woman, like mission, which is to equip and empower women. Um, so I guess it would be like you're covering the cost of a what $50 course or, or more like, we've got 10 more minutes and I want to go to content creation, Abigail.

[01:03:28] The name is that you, Katie. Oh, okay. I was like, I think that's Katie, but the name kept throwing me off. Are you okay? Okay. Um, let's take, uh, input other questions in the chat so that we can answer them. Um, Barbo just posted something in the chat. That's good. And equipment upon our future women literacy tagline.

[01:03:56] Yeah. Um, I just want to go back to our [01:04:00] classes and since we're screen sharing, let me move all this over, but feel free to keep putting stuff in the chat, um, to get the DLC class, we actually have to create real content. Uh, the content that we have is from phone videos. Um, but because it's going to be packaged and sold and we're going to do it multiple times, um, we are putting together a team that is going to, um, create these classes.

[01:04:27] Dream launch or connection. So let me go back over here. Sorry. If you motion sickness, content creation. Uh, we have to shoot basically six videos. There'll be 10 minutes each. We want to get the whole team involved as much as possible. Um, and if you don't live here, that's why we're trying to set dates ahead of time of shoot dates.

[01:04:48] Say civic vein has leading the charge for, uh, heading up the video part. She's talking to our videographer. Sarah Burns will be in charge of aesthetics and creativity and dress and all the things [01:05:00] we are also trying to build a curriculum team. Um, and what I want to see in the chat is Gina is going to be a part of that.

[01:05:07] She's not here tonight, but what that means is curriculum sounds like you're writing a class that might be the wrong thing, but I want you to think. And if you could say yes, I have. If you've seen this in the chat, if you've seen propel. Videos where they sit around a table and they talk, and it's very similar to what we've like done for gather her at home.

[01:05:29] Um, but on us, we've done gather hard home at a smaller scale was Sarah D and Stacy, um, chatting. But if you seen that, just put in the chat. Yes. I've seen it. If not, I want you to go to YouTube and put propel Christine cane, so you can get a visual of what we're trying to do. Um, basically the curriculum means that we just need to get an outline of for each video, um, where each video has three to four people.

[01:05:58] The time. Say [01:06:00] dreams, what bullet points I need to hit, what questions I need to hit and then have a discussion and capture it on camera. That will also then be Candace. Yes. Tabletop very similar. Yes. But teaching versus conversation, which I, I guess, yes. So, yeah. Um, but with a teaching element as well. Um, so that's what we're looking for.

[01:06:22] So if you're interested in doing, helping create that the bullet points are being a part, um, yes. Heather propel with Christine Kane. Yep. That's it. Um, Hey Heather bays, um, the first recording is going to be on October 30th. Um, we're going to do three recordings. It's a Saturday. And then we won't do the last three until January.

[01:06:46] Say, see if you want to come real quick and just give us a what's going on. What, uh, do you've talked to Martin. Yes. So we're going to, oh, am I, can you hear. [01:07:00] Okay. So, um, we, everything we do for creative woman is based on our six pillars. So these videos will be, each video will have to do with the pillar.

[01:07:11] And so, um, uh, Martin Zavala, he will be, um, the camera man, the person producing it. And, um, I'll be directing. And then as, as well as Sarah, as far as aesthetics, et cetera. And so we're going to do October 30th will be the first one. So it'll be dreams, identity, and healing. And then, um, the next one will be in January, which will be, uh, purpose, health, and fashion.

[01:07:44] And we'll take it just the ones that you've already written and springboard off of that with a discussion, very similar together, her at home, but with the idea that women are being matched and that's clear. So that's what the, [01:08:00] these videos are for the DLC connection class. That's what the videos are for.

[01:08:06] So it will be, so let's say Kendra and Sarah, that they're partners, they are going to watch this video together, and then they are going to have questions to ask each other, et cetera. And so that's what the videos are for, for the dream launch or connections. So if you're interested in being a part of that in any way, whether it's on video or helping with the bullet points and curriculum outline, I hate think curriculum.

[01:08:30] So it sounds like you're writing a book. It's not, we've already got the devotionals. It's taking that, the meat of those and make it into a 10 minute discussion teaching. So if you're interested in any of that, you can email me later or just put it in the chat here and we'll connect and build a team.

[01:08:48] Anything else? Stacy? What's the dose of the first forgot the January date. Uh, I can't remember the January date off the top yet. [01:09:00] Um, but, um, the first thing that we do need to do is have the outlines so that we can get the people to do the discussion. And so that, so the outlines are very important. Yeah.

[01:09:14] Okay. Any questions? And I don't have to get off. We don't have to get off. I just always love saying if we're going to be here to eight 15, that like we've got all the information in. Um,

[01:09:28] so Jolene says only familiar. I'd be intricate if, of course it's free. Make it giftable in case the person wants to pass it along then the member can use it or she can bless another woman.

[01:09:44] Um, I don't know. Well, I was gonna say it's free to box subscribers. And so they would have to be matched with someone. So I think that's where it comes out of. I mean, that's, that's not totally, [01:10:00] I mean, something to flesh out for sure. New idea. Anybody else, questions, comments. Let's just open up the floor.

[01:10:10] Everybody can end mute themselves if you want, let's open up the floor and then we can stay on for shorebird. Is there anything we left out? Actually, I'm going to pull up my little ethnicity. No, I think we get it out. Oh, a sauna. Okay. But I can't find that chat button right now, but I did want to just the two dates of the, um, video shoot are October 30th and that's when we're going to be doing dreams, healing, and identity.

[01:10:40] And the other one is January 8th and that will be purposed felt in fashion.

[01:10:51] So writers, I think are everybody we're going to be going more towards putting the calendar on a sauna and not to freak anybody out. It's just, they're [01:11:00] realizing that there's so much content that we all have to know that creating a word doc or PDF that's not live, has become more difficult. So, um, if you're looking for your blog, you can still print it out.

[01:11:13] Um, so just know it's going to be a live calendar like we did this month. It's not that you have to do a whole lot more except maybe accept calendar invites so that, you know, when your blog is going out or when it's due, um, for gather her and the videos that we, other things that would, but with all that's happening, alive calendar that can continue to, um, be written on is really more beneficial to make us more efficient.

[01:11:38] So I know we all got trained a little bit on a sign of last year, but just know that that's more is coming up.

[01:11:48] Anybody else put in the chat, unmute, mute yourself.

[01:11:55] I just have a quick question. So far, as far as the writers and like our [01:12:00] deadlines for editing and all that, how was that going to look now that it's like books together? So the good new business that doesn't change because our books are always, uh, six months behind. So our July dreams is actually your January dream.

[01:12:15] So your monthly blogs that won't change. What will change is that, that, um, that, uh, correspondence from Deb saying, Hey, I've edited some more, um, for the books and formatted those, that's the edit that will change and that'll be done more bulk, um, versus other, but yeah, with the relationship between author and editor right now saying 15 to 25th, 15th, 25th, that won't change.

[01:12:47] Um, and I'll just share a story real quick. Uh, for those of you that might not know Kendra or knew, like where did this all come from? Um, I just want to share a cool story that I think is just the Lord. And then, uh, if you need to go, we'll go and then I'll hang out [01:13:00] some more for questions. Um, if anybody has it, but, uh, we can try and I met, I just had to hope so.

[01:13:07] I know that I was speaking at a conference, had no business speaking. I was two months postpartum. Oh my gosh, whatever you did so good, but I'm trying to paint a picture of, um, just speaking the message of women and all the things. And I wasn't at all filling out, but anyway, create a woman with speak. I spoke and then we also hosted the fashion show.

[01:13:32] Well, when we did fashion shows with models and everything, there would be a team of hair. Well, the girl that put on the conference, Niecy, new Kendra and Kendra is a makeup artist as well. In case you don't know who she is, she's like, like has a makeup book and all the things like it's like crazy. I can see all the accolades, like it's amazing.

[01:13:53] So she came to my book tech, we met in the makeup room. I didn't know her then after she came to my book table [01:14:00] and she was telling me how her and her husband had just moved to Austin to launch a church. She, they have, uh, they're pastors of a church in round rock, Texas called mission church. But she's also a makeup artist has worked with MTV and tons of stuff in LA.

[01:14:17] Um, has three kids, all the things. And so, as I was talking to her, I literally said, so you are faith and fashion. And those words literally came out of my mouth and I was so just like, huh, I'm saying that, but she's doing it. It's kind of how I felt like, wow. And we just kicked off a friendship and have been friends ever since.

[01:14:37] And she's been such a loyal cheerleader and supporter of pretty woman and fan and has watched and been a part of our community. Um, but marketing is her, like, she's just a marketing genius. So a few months ago, there's a lot of things that are hard jam. Like if you hear her speak, you think that's our jam PC or do you make it?

[01:14:58] You're like, that's her jam? Was there do [01:15:00] Instagram like that? Like everything she does, I feel like she's, she's faith in fashion and a box. So we're just catching up over coffee a few months ago because we hadn't seen each other in a year. And you know, all the things, kids, COVID people at home, she's running the church too, and a business and all the things.

[01:15:21] Um, and she started talking about my email and I was like, I know I'm not doing the right. She's like, no, you're not. Um, but that's where it started. I was like, do you work with friends because we need help. This is always, this is the part, the marketing where we're going to go to the next level. You know, I've never thought of it as a Heather ministry.

[01:15:39] It's always been for generations. I really believe that God has given me a vision to not to have a ministry that lasts beyond all of us here tonight. Um, and it's not about one person, but in order to do that, we have to bring more people in that are experts. And I knew that this is an area that, um, the team that we have [01:16:00] now, I think we're all experts, experts in writing and editing and ministry leaders, but marketing, we are not.

[01:16:06] And, uh, this is where Kendra is really in the last two months, kind of really pushed me out of the box as out of the box in a great way. And it's going to take us to a level where we can actually reach people, women beyond the borders that we had ever imagined in this year. So just wanted to tell you that how that's going to work.

[01:16:27] And I feel like on this, um, relationship and partnership for like five years, and it's just the perfect timing with the box and what we're doing. So I just want to let you know that too Kendra is, if you live here, you know, she spoke at gatherer a few times, so we know her she's focused. She's just been around.

[01:16:45] So she knows the language and I can't wait to see what all do. Oh, I got you. Thank you, honey. Like I had my daughter who made her very first cake. Thank you. Cute. Thank you. That's [01:17:00] beautiful. I love it. Thank you with that. Door's open last comments. If you need to go, please say goodbye. Um, or in the chat, say goodbye.

[01:17:14] If you're interested in curriculum, say it, but Laura's open, but I think we've shared everything. And so, and I'll send the recording later. Any questions? Comments saying goodbye, whatever we're here.

[01:17:30] If you guys have any questions for me specifically, you can always send me an email.

[01:17:37] Happy to answer whatever over there. Two messages down here. Yeah. By may.

[01:17:47] I think the whole ambassador thing will be a lot easier once there's like the parameters and Hey, this is what you should do, or this is that'll be, I'm much better when [01:18:00] I have structure. All those things will be with, tell me what to do. Just tell me what to do. We will grow. We're going to tell you how to yeah, it'll be good.

[01:18:14] Hey question. So I got, I think two different responses, um, about writing. So when I asked if we needed to write in bulk, I got a yes, but then I think he said that we, how we write doesn't change. So is it, are we going to need to write to where we submit three? Oh, I can't hear you. You're muted.

[01:18:40] So, uh, Candice, what else are our writing? Monthly is going to be the same. So we get our, you know, our monthly pillar on the 15th, we get it to our editor. It has to be in the box by the 25th. So what the editing bulk is, is when, now that we're going quarterly with [01:19:00] the faith and passion box. So there will be, Gina will say, Hey everybody, you have to have your edits in for dreams, healing, and identity, because that, those are all the three things, the three first box.

[01:19:13] And so there'll be a date on that. That has to be, so it's not just doing one with, you know, for the box, it'll be doing the three for the timeline, uh, for the timeline, the boxes are six months behind the devotionals. That's why we're able to do. So like the July box dreams was actually the devotionals from January.

[01:19:34] Yes. Okay. So what Deb does is she edits further with formatting and sometimes more and that's the, yeah. Okay. Good question. Okay. Anybody else?

[01:19:55] is it just too late there? It might as mind exploding. [01:20:00] I'm just going to go around. I'm going to just play Stacy, Stacy Barbeau. Any questions, comments, thoughts to hear what you think. This is really exciting. First of all, and I was going to say I'm really interested in helping with the content creation. I think that would be fun.

[01:20:22] Hmm.

[01:20:27] For DLC, correct? For the DLC. Yeah. There are burns.

[01:20:36] I want to say that I'm super excited and excited about getting some people on the video too. If y'all are interested in just, you know, like really getting to know everyone and bringing like a really personal feel to it, like within the family. And then also like what we're giving out to people. So excited about that.[01:21:00]

[01:21:02] Mom, you good, mom,

[01:21:08] how are you? I'm good. I'm still pretty new. So everything just seems really awesome. And I can't wait to see it get going and what it looks like as it goes. Yeah. Okay. Well, I think then everybody said what they need to just say, okay, I'll send out the recording. Um, and it'll transcribe this as well. So it's written down and then, yeah.

[01:21:42] Well, I'm excited to do this with y'all. Thanks for just staying the course. Um, I'm excited for what God's doing next, so I appreciate it. And Kendra, thank you for explaining it so well. Yeah. Great, great job, Heather. You're leading us well, you're sharing vision. [01:22:00] Great. You're sharing the value of it. Um, and you're including everybody and so, uh, way to go and wait.

[01:22:08] And Kendra, thank you for being able to help Heather to put the pieces of the puzzle together so that the whole world can see it. Yeah. Why do you remind? I know. So you just before, but fricking drew Barrymore, right? Yeah.

[01:22:30] But she gets all the time. I get that all the time. I mean, that's not like a bad thing to get out. No, I'm, I'm happy about it. I mean, if I can look like her until I go to heaven, I'll be, I'll be fine. Yeah. All right. Well it's pajama time for me and I'm sure probably, oh, my mom was to say something. Go ahead.

[01:22:49] I will do my brag moment now, uh, all the ladies say should just talk about you and I could go on forever, but I [01:23:00] won't, uh, spare that. I have always been impressed, uh, with the tremendous volunteer work here from, from day one. This has been going on 10, 11 years there. And in the beginning, I would say when somebody would leave.

[01:23:19] The mother in me would get so nervous. Where's she gonna do, Nan? So I've just been amazed. And, um, I just thank you from the mother's standpoint, you know, when you sit back as a mother, you have a different perspective sometimes, and I just feel good to be a part of it, but I failed such a blessing and honor, and a big heartfelt thanks for all the ladies who pushed too much time in this.

[01:23:53] Yeah, that's a dream come true too. Thanks, mom. [01:24:00] Appreciate it for sweet, super sweet. All right. Well, we can't say anything else after that. That's how you end the meeting right there. All right.
