Okay. All right. Good morning, everybody. So this is recording. We are recording at our very first video shoot for dream launchers connection color. So I have to give props first to miss D over here. Who's writing her notes because it was a lockdown 2020 when we were like, oh no, we can't do gather her.

What are we going to do to reach our community? Let's do a class. How do we do this? Well, D who was gathered, her leader said, and at the time was a matchmaker had been a matchmaker for years for dating and connected people had got people married off and everything said, why don't we take something from gather her, where we had dream launch or friends and match them.

And the class where they sign up, they fill out an application of what their needs are and then match them. And it was brilliant. And because of that, God moment, we are here today doing the first three classes of a six week course. And I believe it was God ordained. And you guys here today as volunteers just amaze me all the time and the ones that aren't here that are listening to this, you all have a role in this apart where that's praying coming in January, whatever.

I'm just constantly amazed at what God is doing through creative woman and specifically how he uses each and every one of you through create a woman. Hey, Stacy, Barbara, you look beautiful. Everybody's still coming in. Everybody's so pretty today. Okay. So since we're saying about pretty, I just have to give a little shout out to my pants and I'm wearing, do we like my pants?

Do you like them? How much would you buy?

It's a sample. So only I get to wear it, but this is what we're going to start manufacturing. It's an elastic waistband pocket. So you don't want like you're wearing leggings. Cause I hate that. And Belle, they are so comfortable and I just thought it was good luck today to wear what the future it, part of what our future is.

So. I hope you like them. Anyway, I have a little packet. Um, but I just want to go through it just because we put this together so quickly, but by we, I mean, Stacy, McMain shout out to say smug vain, who literally, I think it was four weeks ago. They were like, let's do this class. Let's do it for real. And because of soccer, thank the Lord that he provides in ways that we could never ask.

We have raised enough money through soccer, that we were able to do this in a real professional way with the most amazing videographers that are here today. Thank you. So what's come out of this class is what we've done before is giving Tuesdays every year. So Kendra shout out to Kendra who's our marketing director is going to be here taking pictures of all of y'all.

But since we're, this is recording for the team, that's also not here. I just want to dive in and you know, I do these things quick. I don't like long conversations or let's, let's say it. Let's get it done and let's go. Um, yeah, May's like, yes, don't talk long. So we're here shooting the dream launcher connections class.

And if you turn the page. You will see who we are talking to through created woman in general and today, and just by chance, Ms. Renee is here, who was one of our people that we talked to. She actually took the dream launcher connections class during COVID. And, um, this, these are the two women we're talking today and who we're always talking to through create a woman.

I've adjusted their stories. They're great. Uh, but I twist, I did a little bit so that they would fit into, um, so Brittany, who you talking to? Are we talking to Brittany? Are we talking to Renee? Because they're different ages and stages of life, right? We're all going to be talking to someone different. I'm not telling you who to talk to.

I'm telling who do you attend? So Brittany said, this is a quote from her from gather her. I just felt this overwhelming feeling. This is what I'd been looking for. Who is Brittany. She wants to grow. She has a desire to move. She's changing seasons of life. And we talk about that all the time. How we always help women that are in seasons of change, which happened all the time.

Seasons of transition, whether new career, newly married out of college, empty-nester all the things we're talking usually to women. And it transitioned. Why? Because we helped with purpose. And what do we say about purpose? Stacy raised your hand.

Yes. And it changes because of sleaze. One of laugh. Can I get an amen? Amen. She understands she was created for purpose bigger than herself. Yes. Who is Renee? Well, if you don't know her name, she is right here, but she is asking I've been successful now, what, and this is true, right? Right. Renee, where you were two years ago.

And even during. Different season. How do I get unstuck? You weren't stuck. You got what you were looking. You didn't feel safe, but some people do. What's my next step, which you are always asking. I love that about you. You never say the same place. What happened to my dream? What's my purpose now. And we see this in a lot of Rene's because they're empty nesters.

They might've retired or they're ready to change. They've done. Good. Now, why don't we actually saw that at Renee's house a few years ago, when you held a fundraising event, a lot of women, there were like, I have a lot to give, but I don't know what now. So class that we're teaching today, I want to put that face on everyone.

That's here today. We're knee and Brittany, as you're speaking, think of her face writers. If you're listening to this, when you're writing. Think of Renee or Brittany, who are you writing to? And it's going to be different for everybody because we also, as volunteers, as leaders in this room and listening are all in different seasons of life in stages, right?

So we're all going to be doing it different and Kendra, thank God can do it all on social media. Um, so this class, this is just a short description. CWL match a woman with another dreamer, doer entrepreneur and fashionista. Cause we love those fashionista. It's our six principal who is dedicated to sharing the process.

The process is key of growth and empowerment. We'll hold you accountable and support you through your journey. Each person will be matched. Renee was matched with her dream. Watch her friend, penny, according to their goals and season of life and follow the CWD macho process. And what that means. That we did have people matched in different ages and stages of life because what one could give the other and the other could give Renee was specific in her needs and that her match with penny.

But we did have a 60 year old with a 30 year old. In fact, Brittany was in the class. She was matched with a 65 year old. So because they had things that they could give each other. So what does that for the, the match there they are. As a team are able to data share, reflect, elaborate, applying alternate, and motivate, and that's through the class that we're building online.

There'll be different modules. Once they see a video, they will then go to a module to do complete homework assignment, if you will. But then they're also tasked or encouraged to meet with our gene. Watch your friend and not do the class alone. There will also be assignments where they have to. Together.

Like the assignment won't be complete until they do it together. DLC is a six week online course. And that C is for connections, not class, but it's dream launcher, connections class,

Who could just go back to DLCs a six-week online class with an end goal that will each dreamer will have a clear path for their next steps. And no matter if you're a Brittany or Renee, our goal is to always help you with your next. Empowering women are not just interested in their own success, but strengthening their families and shaping their communities as well.

So he good about that. What today is. This all started. Now say that we'll share our story on the panel because Cheryl and I started doing this 10 years ago. And I remember because it was before I got pregnant with my first. So we're going to set the tone, me, her and Sarah on our first class of what it means to dream and to dream out loud and how that's looked in our life.

So I'm really excited about that. And then the rest of the class will be specifically, were each a principle you can read the rest later of what the outcomes are. I just want to go over now to giving to. Today while we're shooting marina, who's getting here at 1130. We'll be taking pictures. And, um, what we're taking from today is the opportunity for our donors, current donors and new donors to be a part of this class and the way that they can, uh, give and reserve a seat.

So our ask is $10,000 for, uh, giving Tuesday and then we'll finish it out in, uh, March, which is an Austin giving day. But the ask is which makes it really simple. 200. We need 200 people to get $50. So what does giving Tuesday? Who does it know it's a national giving day. If you're a non-profit you should know if you've been around long with create a woman, you've heard us do it.

We've never really done it damn well. A couple of times, a couple of times we haven't this year, we're doing it well, giving Tuesday the time where her circle, where we circle together. Well, that's how that's our definition, but what it is, it's national. And it's a day that people give you have black Friday after Thanksgiving, you have a cyber Monday on Monday, and then Tuesday is giving Tuesday.

So after everybody has shopped and then felt maybe guilty about their shopping, they're like it's time for me to give and we want them to give $50. Um, and what that $50 gives them is a seat in DLC class. So, instead of just saying, thanks for donating, you've made an impact. We're like, Hey, here's a seat.

And you've also made a contribution. So it's a give, give. It's a way for them to give back, but also a way that we can help them. With our next step. Cause I guarantee you it's going to be Renee's and Brittany's that say, I'm going to give to this because I believe in it, I need it. And I know that God has called me on purpose and for purpose.

And that's what this class is. And I just got chills because that's what we're doing today. We are empowering women to be equipped and empowered, to be who God created them to be. And it's our time as women in this season. It's time and create a woman that we step. We go to another level we've pivoted, and I'm just so excited to be here today.

And I'm like, so at peace and hope you all guys are to $10,000 and we are not putting a limit on God. Soccer has proved to me like, wow, did not know, did not know. And so I'm not putting a limit on God of what he can do cause he wants to do stuff. Go ahead.

Yes, it can gift the seat at the table. So if they've already taken the course, then they can donate it. That's right. Or maybe they don't want to, they feel like they are supposed to buy a seat for somebody. So they are going to be given that opportunity. Thank you. So, um, we're going to pray. I'm going to take this offline so we can have prayer.

Um, and then we're going to get started. And I just want, before I even say goodbye to you guys online that are listening. I just want to make sure I say thank you again. Um, I know God has called you here. You know, we see a lot of faces come and go because it's our training ground. And I love that, that we get to train volunteers to, for their next steps.

But I also know there's a huge group of you that are here because God called you to create a woman to equip and empower women as a ministry. And so whatever stage you're in, whether this is your training ground, or this is where you called. I so appreciate you. And what you're doing is making an impact for the kingdom and let's still us.
