Anita Strychalski

Anita Strychalski is a daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She loves the outdoors, writing, raising money for charities and equipping the church with pastoral care skills.

She has been on staff at Shoreline Church since August 2001. After five years of faithfully and fruitfully serving those who have lived through some of life’s most challenging situations, she received her ministry license from Shoreline Church. In 2012, she lived her dream when she was accepted in the Chaplaincy Program at Scott &White Hospital in Temple Texas. She is five credit hours away from receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from St. Edward’s University and plans to graduate December 2014. From there she will go on to obtain a dual Master of Divinity/Master of Social Work.

God has taken her most tragic and deepest wounds and turned them into her biggest victories.  She believes it is God’s desire to restore all people to who He created them to be before the foundation of the world began. She believes that God is ever-present in good times and in times of grief and she has dedicated her life to inviting God’s presence into every aspect of life.
