Well, that goes along with what I'm gonna talk about. I'm not gonna re-share the vision I shared, um, at the luncheon. Of course this is gonna, I'm just gonna hold this, you guys, I'm not with a microphone, just so y'all know. This is so that it can be recorded into the podcast. So I'm not trying to talk loud, I just wanna say that, you know, I know.
I'm like, just feel weird holding the microphone when you're right here, . But the stand won't stay up. If you could say, can everybody hear me? Can everybody hear me? Okay. All right. Um, so I'm not gonna re-share even though it's so been on me the last few weeks. The word multiply. I mean, if you've heard anything I've said from the vision brunch to even Team Tuesday to the post last night, um, I just wrote a whole article on it for our, our book launch.
And so it's just been. One of those things that has just been multiply. And just to your point, Maria, um, the other word is rhythms. And last year, 2022, personally, I was all over the place for different reasons. I moved. There was big things going on. You know, I, I look back at 2022 and I see a lot of fruition of prayers.
I literally say new office, new school for the girls, new home, new staff. Like, it was like, I almost, I remember praying sometimes like, okay, thank you. But this is little much like it was just after 12 years of praying all those things, it was like, boom. And, but what I kept saying about the nonprofit is that we were growing on the back end.
I mean, we all knew that. Um, but what I kept saying is that we were sustaining ourselves with the team. Um, you didn't really see a lot of growth as our community. Um, but nonetheless everything on the back end was like pH which was crazy. Um, cuz usually it's the opposite, right? But that just proved that the Lord was in it and he was orchestrating some stuff and um, and I see all that when you have to, when you step back you see like, okay, Lord was just positioning us.
And, and then when I look at that word, I'm just recapping a little bit, um, multiply. What came with me with the rhythms is, and I share this, our podcast launches tomorrow. Um, treasure. I'm gonna get with you. I didn't wanna throw this at you cause I literally recorded it on Thursday, and I didn't wanna go.
Can you do this real quick? So I've been doing it. Hey baby, is anybody there? I appreciate you, I appreciate we'll get together, we'll get a rhythm. Um, is anybody else at. Huh? Can you get food? Take that one right there. Or not, all of it. Hadley just walked in there. My kids are at the office tonight because daddy's outta town.
Um, but Oh, okay. Anyway. Well, don't want some cheese . Um, so in the podcast I share, like I really remember sitting there a few weeks ago, how do multiplication and rhythms go together? And it really is, if you don't have a rhythm, you're all over the place. You're in chaos. You're reacting instead of planning.
And I've really, I know that that's, for me was a big part because I can have vision. The Lord gives me vision all the time. That's just how he built me. It's really hard for me not to go do everything right now. I'll jump, um, when really what I had to learn years ago was if he gives you vision for the next step, that means what you're doing now is right.
You've heard me say this before, but you gotta finish it. and you only are able to finish it through those rhythms routine, um, being, um, dedicated to the process. And so this year as we launched into it, I really got to every year, at the end of the year, get to kind of breathe a little bit and, uh, reflect a lot.
Cause it's my birthday. I'm turning a year older and it's a new year. And that was really what was heavy on me and has been ever since was we have to get organized and, um, we're doing that with the board. And just so you know, when the goals of the board, they're meeting, we're meeting for the first time this year.
Saturday, it's a big week. This week y'all. It's vision night. We're going to market this week, come back Thursday night. Tammy always goes. So we just get to go together this year, um, and then come back Thursday night and then have board meeting on Saturday. But when we met last year in October, the, the goal of the board in the next two years, and I think I've said this before, is to work myself out of a job by 2030.
And as it stands right now, if I were to walk away, there's not a lot of people that would step in just because it's not organized, right? And so as I talk to you guys about multiplication and rhythm, it's who are you multiplying? Who are you bringing with you? Who are you discipling? And for me, it's the back end.
How are we getting the processes up? How are we gonna multiply myself? And honestly, one of the things I'm doing is just I'm not waiting anymore. , I've had a lot of this, um, idea over the years of, well, when we get here then I'll do this and I'll give you an example about how I'm gonna jump in. I feel like the, the Lord is like, I've just been waiting on you.
If you like jump, I'll be there. And I've been more fearful. One of the examples is Sarah, I called her a few months ago and was like, I can't wait to win. The collective grows. You actually have to grow it, so I'm gonna hire you now, , even with the office, when they, when Wilco um, offered us this office, our accountant put to the numbers together and we were like, whoa.
And she said, I think you can do it, but it's, it's, it's gonna be a stretch. And we jumped in, we're like, okay, let's do this. And that's how I'm approaching this year is, okay, I'm not gonna do it myself. I'm gonna put people in position. I'm gonna multiply myself because if I do it all myself, treasure, if you do it all yourself, if you guys do it all yourself, you're not gonna go anywhere.
Elaine wouldn't be growing as fast as she was if she didn't let her husband quit his job and come help her. So she has to ask. We have to ask for help. We have to put people in place. And so I'm really excited about this year for multiple reasons. And so we're gonna do some exercises together, but, uh, not exercises.
I don't wanna say that. Um, but I just wanna give you the big picture because sometimes you can get in the wood weeds that you don't know how it all fits together, and you're like, oh my gosh, we've got so many programs, we've got so many things going on. What is a la la la la, la. So, Sarah or anybody, I don't wanna put anybody on the spot who can say our vision statement.
Stop. Not Stacy. . Stacy
Uh, who can say anybody? Can anybody say the vision statement?
All right, Stacey, go
Creative Women is a leadership ministry that equips and empowers women to live their Gods size dreams on purpose. Very good. The statement, the real, the statement that's on the website is a leadership ministry to equip and empower women to be who they are created to be. And we help women and base and we have, you know, we help them run the race.
We do that through how many principles? Anybody? Maria, you don't have to know. You're new. You're like, I don't wanna know this, but if you know, go for it. How many principles? Six. Five of them. Five, six. Name? Name One. Dreams. Got it. Name another one. Anybody. Identity. Identity. Name. Another one. Purpose. Purpose.
Health. Health. Healing. Healing. One more. Gotcha. Fashion. Fashion. Does anybody know the order of them and why? Dream is first. Yep.
Identity what? Healing. Healing. Healing. Okay. Then identity. Then identity. Okay. Then what's that? Three Purpose? Yep. How fashion. Way to go. So here's what we say. Here's how you can remember. Everybody has a dream. God gives everybody a dream. But to get to those dreams, we have to go through healing sometimes.
Once we're heal. In whatever area that is cuz we're always going through healing. Then we know our identity in Christ a little bit deeper. Once we know our identity, we can pursue the purpose that God has called us to in that season. And once we know our purpose and pursuing it, then we need to take care of our health and, and our, because there are temples of the, of the Holy Spirit and we have to run our race well.
And we can't fulfill our purpose if we're unhealthy and we have to show up well as ambassadors of Christ. And that's where fashion comes in. Because if we're not pursuing our purpose, we're gonna lose our audience by just how we show up sometimes. Right. Yes. I gave you a story that I love so much. Um, uh, uh, Terry, he's over Women's Non-Profit Alliance, was doing a conference one time and she said, we're talking about this whole fashion thing and she said she had a speaker come that was really good, expert, expert.
The, um, the, um, conference demographic was 45 plus. You know, they're still hot of course, right? But we're mature, correct. Um, and the speaker shut up in like early thirties, maybe late twenties expert in her field, but she had hot shorts on short shorts. And Terry went up to her and she said, I just want you to know that we're glad you're here.
Um, but we know we, I know I got you here cuz you're an expert, but the minute you step on that stage, you're gonna lose half of your audience cuz of the way you're dressed. And she was mortified and she, she said, I'm so sorry. She's like, let me go home and change. And she went home and change and she came back cuz she had to dress appropriate for who her audience was.
And that's where fashion comes in. When people say word of faith and fashion come in. If you have got a shirt that says a curse word and you're telling someone about Jesus, can I lose your audience? Um, but that's our principles and that's how we go. And so how. Um, I know I wanna share some exciting news and I'm trying to figure out, cause I didn't run it down cause it happened today and y'all might have seen my story.
It might see my Instagram stories. There's exciting news and so I, I feel like before I get there, I want us to really think about the flow of how we equip and empower and how this all works together. So if we're helping women with dreams, really we empower first, then we equip cuz the empower kind of grabs everybody.
How do we empower women? Anybody? What's a program where we just empower? Read it one more. That's the organization. But what program where we just empower dream connection. The class. The class, yes. That's gonna be more of an equip because it's practical tools. So in power where you're just throwing stuff out, gather her, it's free, they're gonna leave with tools, but it's really a catchall.
the podcast is kind of the same thing now. It's a catchall. But we're gonna, we, we weave the tools all the way thr through practical ways that we equip them are dlc, uh, our books. And then our conference is coming up, which I want us to plan this, just so you know. Oh, there's my husband. He just walked him.
He's been outta town. Um, we're gonna plan this at the, we're gonna plan or we'll plan it a little bit before, but at the retreat we're really gonna nail some stuff down. So that's how it all flows. Hey. Hi. Hey hok. Sorry I haven't, Sam since yesterday. Um, I don't know where I was now. So we've got all these things, but it's a flow for women.
We're gonna get them in. Gather her and the podcast. Podcast is what's taken the place. We're not publishing blogs anymore, they're just going into the books, which I'm gonna tell you about in a second. I'm super excited about that. Gather Her is the Local Catchall podcast is a national catchall. National.
Do you hear me say that? Yeah. And the podcast is where we get to share all the things. I mean, when we were doing podcasts, I really feel like we had a momentum of even more people coming. Just so you know. And it's where I, to repeat the vision, we're gonna have five minutes, three leadership tips. That's it.
With leaders you should know, and with leaders you do know thought leaders. Stacey's already done one. Tammy just don't, I don't know if you know you're next. We have record it in the car tomorrow. Um, but it literally, this first podcast is eight minutes, five minutes with Stacey and a minute opening and a two minute close of me.
Bye. Um, in and out. It's less than a commute to the h e b and that's what we want. Then once we ga get this first quarter, gather her podcast. We're going big with the conference. I cannot wait April 22nd, a conference. We haven't had a conference since 2019. At the conference, they're gonna get practical tools, mastermind panels.
I'm gonna get more into that in just a minute. And then at the conference, we will launch another round of Dream, dream launcher connection so that we can stay at the conference. You got this. Now don't stop because how many times do we leave a conference and go, that was so good. And walk away. Yeah. We want them to not only come together, her, that's free, but go to Dream Watcher's class, get connected with another woman, and then we're gonna be launching membership, which I'm super excited about.
One, it's just a way that people can build, we can build a private community. Two, it's gonna help us financially, just to be honest. Three, what we're gonna give is, Uh, with a membership of $25 a month, they get two free coaching sessions a year with our amazing coaches that we are gonna line up. Uh, a lot of you are them, just fyi.
Um, tickets to, to our conference and the box and a couple other things. We're gonna iron and out, but membership is really just gonna be great. Great price point. Yeah. Yes, it's huge. But here's what it does for them. I already told you what it does for them. What it does for us is to have that, that an that monthly income that we know it's coming and then we get to build real community because people are saying, yes, I wanna be a part of this specifically and not just maybe show up for gatherer and maybe not next month.
Cuz that's what happens when stuff is free. Yeah, it just is. There's no commitment. But if they're a member, they're gonna come . They're gonna come. But it also is, allows people to be a part of something that they don't live in Austin and they see it. Cause we get a lot of questions all the time. I know Jalene, who's probably gonna be listening to this later, She's one of our writer editors that lives in Canada.
Yes. She's like, Hey, can we get this box or gather her in Canada please. I'm like, I'm gonna figure that out. We're gonna figure something out. Right. Um, so that's the flow. That's a lot. That's the steps. First quarter is all about gather her and the same night as gather her. This is for the writers. I'm so excited.
We are launching our book and that might sound like, well, we've done that, well, not really in the box. Every month has been three small devotionals. We've combined it into one and we've always just put it on the collective side the past year and a half and said, box, box, box. No, we're gonna have a book launch on the nonprofit side and it's always gonna be at gather her so that when we launch a new book every quarter, we're gonna say, come together her.
We have a new book. So Sarah, if you could grab our book. I've only got two of them so far. They're right there. I've ordered them. This is just the sample. Um, but it is 19 devotionals, 103 pages, three principles inside. It looks small, but it is packed. Full of wisdom. Look at those ladies. Look at that treasure.
Yeah, that's me. That's you. Look at that. It's amazing. Pass it around. Um, and so we're just not gonna anymore go. Oh, it's just part of the box. You get this? No. Well, you know what? Some people don't want the fashion box, but they want the book. And we can literally say, get your book and get your community around you and do this together.
And that's what we want. 19 devotionals. I'm so excited. Congratulations writers. Congratulations you guys. That's awesome. Myself on the bathroom. It is really exciting. We had a study guide out about five years ago. I think it might be over there somewhere. I have found one the other day. I was like, oh, I still have one.
Um, but this is gonna be a big deal that we have books every quarter. I don't see the study guide. I feel like, oh, you know what, let me grab it. I know where it's, I put it for a giveaway.
Oh, I just found mine. Oh, yeah. Becoming, it'll be coming. We're gonna end up going this, this big. I'm gonna pause real quick. All right. We're back. Okay. So anything I've said since then, thoughts, ideas? Questions, go ahead. Well, it kinda, it kind of reminds me, you know what, I'll come in. Okay.
It kind of reminds me like a long time ago, and I think it was Earl that said this, but there's like, there's the front door. So the front door is gather her and then we've got all of inside the house, we've got all the different rooms and that, that all leads together. So yeah. Gather hers the front door and then we'll funnel the rest.
Yeah. The front door. I love it. What were you gonna say? Well, I, I think that's part of connecting. Yep. Right. But through every single connection, we move them from point A to point B. Yes. And that's how we're investing in them and that's how they're able to invest into their relationships. Right? Right. Not only with sisters, but also with the Lord.
The Lord. Yeah. So, share Tammy real quick are three things that we're doing for gather her this first one that we talked about. The three themes. Oh, the three themes, yeah. Multiply three areas we talked about. Um, well, we talked about multiplying, gathered her mm-hmm. , is that what you're Yeah. On the panel.
We decided to break down three panels. Do you remember? It was like really quick. I don't remember. It was, cuz we haven't flushed it all yet, but it's in two weeks. Guys. We're gonna start amping it up this week, right? It's we're doing a quick panel interactive with the audience. They can have, this is all her idea, which, um, questions at the card at Gather hert.
They can ask the panel. But the three areas we're gonna focus on for the first gatherer is community, faith, and business. So as we think about the theme, multiply, those are the three areas we're gonna, uh, for the first gatherer. Um, can you repeat that? Three areas, business, community, and faith. So as we are advertising Christian entrepreneurs in the marketplace and ministry, come be a part, find your tribe, find your community.
That's are the three subjects we're talking about. The, for the first one and y'all, here's what I want you to hear about. Gather her already. Pop, pumped up the writers with their books and what we're going for. , we really restructured, gather her as far as topics when we came back, cuz before the two year hiatus, it ended up that we were hearing pe, hearing people's testimonies and preaching that we can get at church.
Right? We're focused on purpose. But what I feel like we lost a little bit of, and I'm gonna challenge everybody listening and that's a part of gather her, we lost creating that fomo. Mm-hmm. we lost, um, really having fun there. And I think part of it was the tables that were there, Tammy was the first to say, we gotta get rid of the tables, but we lost the fomo.
Taking pictures everywhere. I mean, LA gather her before the hiatus pictures would last through the weekend, y'all, of all of the volunteers, ministry leaders and attendings posting pictures everywhere. Like it was literally the next morning. I was just scrolling, seeing picture after picture after picture.
And I believe all of you guys besides treasure, even Maria, I've got pictures of you from, uh, 2019 at our place at Anderson Mill. Just pictures everywhere. Um, and so I really wanna challenge you that as listening or if you're here, that as you go on to gather her, that it's not just before and after and you show up at six 30, leave at eight, it's the before and after.
How are you creating that fomo? Because if it's something that's good, we need to share it. And we also need to make everybody feel world famous. And that's something I've also stolen from Earl that you've mentioned. When they come in to gather her, they are the most important thing you've ever seen in your life.
We want people at the door screaming, we need more volunteers, y'all. We need more volunteers. Just hands and feet so that they can walk around, talk to people. Tammy's wants to been talking to the um, uh, director here. We're gonna create a whole lounge area with bar top tables and chair couches and chairs.
We're getting rid of the big rounders. We're taking down the barriers, and we're really having conversations in the living room distill what Tammy's been saying. That's where it happens. Conversations in the living room, and we're coming down and we're gonna do kind of that same look feel that we did at the aloft, if you remember that we were all just huddled as girls having a conversation and loving Jesus and knowing that he's given us the purpose that we have to run.
Is that okay? That's awesome. All right. I'm excited to gather her excited about the steady guides. We're gonna grow that even more. So here's, I feel like, I just want you to know the flow is empty. Bec on the on the wall. I've got some sticky notes because we just talked about it now. I really don't want us to, we already did that.
The open doors. Gather her in the podcast and the next steps are DLC membership. Easy enough. You almost sometimes feel like it's so much, but really it's not the open door. We're gonna say that now all the time. Thank you. Stacy Mack? Mm-hmm. Gather. Her podcast is the open door. It's easy. The next steps or DLC and membership, which I didn't even put membership in that thing.
Um, and then con and then, um, conference. Elaine, any thoughts? Ideas? , miss Texas . Wow. Mrs. Texas , Mrs. Texas in 2023. . No, I think it's really great. And I think that part of that FOMO is making sure that we have just the best people and trained, and that's what I'm gonna kind of come into and make sure that when they get up on stage, they're not floundering, they have a very clear and concise message, and that they deliver it in a way that really hits home.
And that when people walk away from gather her, they're gonna be like, oh my goodness, you have to come back because this speaker was phenomenal. And then you get food, and you get drinks and you get to shop and you get to see all these, you know, women and you get to dress up and they're just gonna gush over it.
So I think that, you know, the speakers is definitely a huge part of making sure that they have that fomo. Yeah. Yeah. And I, I just, I was just thinking. , you know, while Elaine was talking, we're not just creating an event just to have a cool event. This is the vision that the Lord has called us to. I truly believe because it's in the Bible that men and women have dominion, and we are in a season the last few years that women have been able to give a big, bigger voice.
But at the end of the day, it's Christians. When we have a seat at the table, are we pointing to ourselves? Are we pointing to Jesus? And it's our mission as an organization to help women understand that yes, you have a voice. Yes, you have a purpose, go do it. But your purpose is to point people back to Jesus only, and he does that through your gifts and talents.
It could be in the work marketplace and it could be in the ministry, but we want to come alongside. Men, because we're not bashing men. We are just an organization for women. So that's why we talk about women. But we love men. We love men. But the point is we're not just planning an event to have fun. We don't wanna just be another coaching.
You can go get coaching anywhere. There's a lot of marketplace coaches. They don't that have spiritual bench or what or no, Ben at all. We want to give what the Lord said about purpose and what the Lord said about work. Y'all have heard me say that last few months that we are called to work. Do y'all know, I didn't know this like six years ago, that heaven, we're just not gonna be singing praises all day long.
We're gonna be working. Yes, yes. You're gonna be working. So work is important guys. Mm-hmm. work is important and our work is what he's called us to do. So I really wanna help women understand that their work inside the home and outside the home is vital. and it's important. And we wanna give them the tools to have be bold and to go step into that.
Yeah. We wanna multiply, we want women to multiply what God's given them. Yeah. Yes. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. We wanna have the manion. Amen. Amen. Amen. I gotta, I gotta just do good real quick. So I was doing a volunteer interview and it was this gentleman and he kind of wasn't sure what he wa, how he wanted to volunteer.
So he just started telling me his story and everything and I said something about faith in Jesus. And he said, well, I have faith in me. . And then he had written a book and he was like giving, giving me the book like as a gift or whatever. I have not opened up that book because it was just such a turnoff.
So when, you know, and the other thing is, I invited someone, I invited a woman. I don't know if she knows Jesus, but you know what? By the time she leaves, I'm hoping she does. Yeah. And she doesn't have to. That's right. But none, none of us are gonna say, faith in me. No, no. . It's a turn off. Hey Gina, I didn't know you were there.
Not good to see ya. Um, so I'm gonna tell you the good news and then after, because I'm gonna get you all pumped up, um, we're gonna get, um, the ideas and words. I want everybody to get up, put down words, put down ideas, put down thoughts, creative ideas. I really want us to be, I don't always want you to listen to me.
I love talking, but I, this is your ministry. And I've said that from the beginning. Gina said Hi. Finally made it. Um, this is your ministry. I said that from the beginning. And we're gonna dive all in. So this is her ministry. This is her ministry. Um, I want us to write down ideas and words. And you guys tell 'em what they, tell us what your ideas are.
We'll write 'em down for you. Um, of dreaming. If we're dreaming and starting the year off with rhythms and, and, and multiplying. What do you wanna see multiplied in your life and in this ministry? So I'm gonna tell you the good news. This is crazy. Or should I wait till next time? No.
Shut the door. Dun dun. Gotta shut the door. No. Every is is what the girls have every day. All gone. Hoy just left. Oh yeah. Alright. So, as you know, this is not a secret. Last year we started working at Wilco and they are really faith-based and they say We want faith-based, faith forward. People here we're faith forward's.
One of the reasons they gave us this front office, they wanted us at the front. We've had so much favor within one month of us really having this office, um, a a, a, um, not flippant conversation. A uh, off cuff. What do you like? Not impromptu meeting. That's what I was trying to say. A meeting was being ha ha was, was happening.
I wasn't in there. And then another meeting sprung out of it, which was Will code does their own conferences twice a year called dcx. They were like, we only wanna do it once a year, and if you wanna do a women's conference, we're gonna help you sponsor it. We're like, what? So this is not, oh, this is not new news to most of you guys, this is something we've known for a while that we were like, oh my God.
So we started our meetings. . We haven't had, we met December for the first time, like in months because just busyness on their end and our end. But because it was kind of off the cuff, there was never a, um, what does sponsorship mean? , what does it really mean? And they, they were just like, we just wanna be a part.
We wanna do this with you. It's a leadership conference. It's a, so the title that we did land on Super Easy Create a Woman Leadership Conference presented by Creative Woman and Wilco. Their women are gonna be involved, their women are gonna be on stage, they're, there's two or three girls that's gonna be a part of it.
They are amazing. They're not a faith-based company or faith, but most of their staff is. And you can just have a real talk with all their, they're amazing. So came back in December and I was like, Hey, We probably need to figure this out. Well, there's this one speaker that we've been tossing around. I won't say who it is yet, only because, well I will, but it's not, it came out a year ago.
But do y'all know, this is not the exciting news, just so you know this. Not, we were talking about inviting Suzanne, she's like an Instagram influencer in Austin, but she's um, a Christian as well and uses that platform. And so we thought about having her a big name pool to come talk about how do you have your faith in that arena when you're so public?
So out of that conversation, her people emailed back and said, what's your budget? So Wilco emailed me and I was like, I don't know what my budget is because I dunno what you're giving . Um, so that kind of nailed things down. And so Friday I got an email. I was like, Hey, can we talk about sponsorship on Monday?
And I was like, okay. Yeah. So I had to go the whole weekend. Like, because you know, they email you, it's not really. So the meeting was today at noon. It was just Mackenzie. She came in here, um, and I was like, we kind of chit chat. I was like, okay, so what's up ? And this is what she said. She said, well, I talked to Chris, who's the owner of all of this.
And he's like, uh, owner of a lots of things. He just doesn't own this place. He's, he's a, he's a businessman owner. He's a businessman, owner, entrepreneur, rich man. And he's a Christian. And she said, he said he wants to of course give you the building. I was like, Uhhuh, because I knew that the, he goes, and then he wants to give you $10,000.
I was like, what? Like 10,000? 10,000 plus plus plus the building, the building whole facility for free plus $10,000 to do what we want. That's awesome. Dang. Like 10,000. Like 10,000. So just give, so, just give for us to do whatever we want with it. So that's it. And let me tell you what, like at first I did what Treasure did.
I was like, get out. And then it sunk in and we started talking and I just started crying. I was like, oh my God. And I did not, couldn't even hold it back because here's the truth, I took even a big step today signing a contract for Credit Woman on something. And I really felt like the Lord had told me to do it, even though I battled it for two, like over a month because it was so big.
And I felt like if you'll just do it, I'll show you. And that was at 10 o'clock at my house by myself. Like, and I, it's not like I didn't talk to people, people know about this. Um, and then came here and it was like, and I told Kenzie what our word was and I said, you're the first one to multiply. And it is.
And if we just obey to say yes and to move forward. So when I say I'm just jumping in, I'm just jumping in because I've operated with big vision and a lot of fear over the years of, I'll do that when, and I just feel like the Lord is saying, stop sustaining. Go. I've told you to build this. Just jump and he'll provide.
And that's the big news. Yay. One around the building right now. , because I, I know, um, because here's what I think, I asked her a couple speaker prices, and this is between us, right? Yes. So Jamie Ivy came to speak at DCX for them a few months ago. I was like, how much was she, because I wanted to get a ballpark, like what do speakers cost?
And she said she was $2,000. I was like, that's it. That's. With a budget of 10 to do whatever we want. That's shock. And so I said, well, let's offer that to Suzanne and see what happens. Because if we get a speaker that's y'all. You guys are good. You guys are all gonna be a part of it somehow. Just fyi, y'all have known that.
Y'all have known that. But also we need to bring in a new community. Yeah, for sure. And if we can get a headliner, someone like her that yes, she's an influencer, but she's a Christian one. Mm-hmm. and SH people will come. Um, then that just pays for everything else. Ticket sales will go up. Mm-hmm. , they'll see who we're about, what we're about, and that we're different from other boss babes.
Mm-hmm. or whatever other empower her people. You know that word empower girl power, things are all around, but we had that word in 2010, just fyi. Empower. Yes. So I really feel like it just takes a. Yeah, we can do this ladies. Yeah. But we've gotta jump in. Yeah. We can't multiply by doing the same thing we've been doing.
Yep. And expect different results. Yeah. We gotta jump in. Are y'all ready to jump in? Yes. Yeah. Okay. Stacey, you sent up first, grab a marker, write down ideas. Let's do this. Where are the markers Right below you. Okay. And y'all, y'all, I trying to say it just, it's just so like encouraging for our personal life too, just to like not do, do things.
Fear and then also what you're saying like when your thoughts are everywhere you react to things, things are planned out. Cuz I feel like, you know, God gives us these huge ideas and Yes, but what you said about like when you have like the next steps, that means that you're on the right path. That's right.
But just to also see you like, um, you go out on faith and you do what God wants you to do and you're seeing like your prayers be answered like at such a rapid pace. That's encouraging for me cause I know I'm in the right place. That's right. Excited. I'm so excited for you and I'm excited for Creative Woman like, I, I think I shared this a few years ago, but I remember a few years ago of, uh, I can't remember exactly, but it was kind of a, it was a pro, it was a prophecy and I have it in my Facebook messages.
It was from one of our speakers and she called me later or not call me. She wrote me later and it said, and the women that are around you will get the same thing you do. So I see that . See that? So Heather, what's the countdown?
Oh, by the way, I'll say this. I have handouts of a rhythm calendar. Nice. I sent it out I think before, but I worked on it. Now I'm sure there's gonna be mistakes, but we have a rhythm. Let me just tell you what the rhythms are a little bit, just because I'm all about it. I have two different calendars cuz everybody learns differently, but I'll just throw it out there.
Team happy hours, which is what? This is second Tuesday quarterly. Uh, writer's meeting. It's the first Thursday. Gather her as a fourth Thursday. Our staff creative me meeting is the first Friday logistics, a third Wednesday lunch and learns will be on the fifth week when it fall, when there is a fifth week in the month.
And then board meetings. So we have rhythms that we're gonna stick in place so that, as Maria said, we can accomplish things that we haven't accomplished before. We're not gonna react this year. We're gonna pray, which we didn't pray at the beginning of this. We'll pray at the end. We're gonna seek the Lord and we're gonna jump in.
Yep. Because when he gives vision, it's not a, you know what I think you should do, Tammy? Let's not, it's not an opinion. Yeah. It's a vision. Yeah. So it's say, go do. It's not a, it's not a, I think this is a good idea. It's a vision. Mm-hmm. . And if God gave you the vision that he trusted you to go do it. All right.
Put on here. So I put subscriptions on here for programs. Cause you said you didn't have that on there. Membership. I didn't. Yep. Mm-hmm. . All right. I'm gonna turn this around. Hopefully y'all don't get sick by the zoom, but I'm gonna turn this around. You probably can't see, but on that ideas and words, what are your first ideas and words?
Stacy? First ideas and words about the conference or anything? It could be anything. I just want y'all to dream and say, after everything you've heard, this is what the Lord is showing you. Fun. Fun. And I think, yeah, they say, you stole my word that I stole from you. and celebration, which would go along with fun.
